I am planning on running from Hove Park this Sunday. I thought a change of scenery would be nice. Anyone up for joining me?

I will be at the cafe for 09:00 ready to set off.

Paul.
Sounds good to me Paul.
I'd happily avoid some of our 'regular features' for a while . . .

A couple of questions (I've not run from Hove Park before)
1. Best place to park?
2. Where's the Cafe?
3. How far are you going on Sunday?

Cheers
Ash
I'm up for that. About 1 1/2 hrs would be good for me.

We could do the route that Paul & I did awhile ago, which was that duration.

Up through the Copse, over the playing fields @ Waterhall, up this lengthy farm
track then back round via Saddlescombe, the Dyke.

Or any other route heading towards the Dyke and back.

Easy parking there Ash, on the road next to the park & no restrictions. The Cafe is easy
enough to spot.

i'll be only to happy to give the snake a rest for a week, congrats on sunday Paul i have your prize and will bring it along to hove park.
Thanks mate. See you then.
Leaving from Hove Park @9am sounds good to me.
Happy to do up to about 13 miles (after last weeks Jog Shop Jog that
should be enough for me )
Just a suggestion but we could do the Trully Hill Run which contains some
hill work and reasonable gradients is about 13 miles and I actually know the way.

Happy to listen to other suggestions
Gary, here's the link to the Paris report.
Should give you a flavour of the race, although it's run a little slower than you're used to Wink

Thanks for a great run on Sunday; definately do that one again.
News from Lycra Tony.

The group will be running westbound from the Marina this coming Sunday, to get used to some pavement pounding.

Just thought some of you may like to know.
