Hove Park's good for me Gary - really enjoyed the route last week.
Chris will be bashing away at the Beachy Head Marathon tomorrow - good luck mate!
9 am at the café?
See you there.

Hiya fellas - I was with you in spirit today, after yesterdays difficult jaunt.
Well what can I say, still as hard as I remember. Struggled in, in about 4:45hrs - a PW in a Marathon. My third 4hr Marathon this year - perhaps as I suspect I've overdone the beast this year.
I'm probably going to have a couple of weeks rest, then back out there for the 2OM training, which I'm very much looking forward to.
Ash - flights are now booked and B&B is looking good - Panorama Guest House, nestling on the side of Table Mountain - with what looks like spectacular views, from the SA-Venues website.
