Fellow Jog shop joggers I am up for a decent 13 miler this Sunday who's up for it ? Where shall we depart from ? I don't mind either the marina or Hove Park

Paul "The Goat" Wells is currently injured but might make enough of a recovery to run us all into the ground

"Stefano Scozzi" is also injured so may be in Italy eating good food and drinking fine wine rather than running but he could make a surprise appearance.

If we're depleted in numbers - I'm not sure what the Moyleman is up to - the Marina might be a better bet; there's always one or two folks from that group looking for an extra mile or two. Back to HP when we get the lads back.

Have been having a bit of a rest after the Beachy Head - 4 weeks Sat. My birthday is on the 26th, so I'll have to play it by ear. I am itching to get back out there, but might go out Saturday morning.
