Saturday 17th March Moyleman and Sweder are going for a double snake 22.5 miler, easy pace, kicking off at 08:00 from the marina. All are welcome; here's the route

It's a little difficult to follow but basically it's Saltdean, under the road, straight up to the Snake, double back through Ovingdean, up and around Telscombe for the second loop, straight on to the Serpent and home via the gallops.

Have your family forgotten who you are yet? Or do they just report you missing each weekend?

I can vouch for the fact that they never really had much of a clue who he was before all this madness began.
