Now that pain is already gone, I came back to my usual life. As a fact, this doesn't mind that I will train a lot... anyway, I will do my best.
Recently a lot of important things was taking my free-time over, but, now I restart again...
15 minutes swimming this morning, Acuatic MP3 doesn't work! It is very difficult to keept it not-wet (I don't know the word ), so it stops always at the second song.
So, track du jour is very limited: Miguel and Bimba Bosé.
It is friday, my birthdays party is waiting for me at home, saturday is resting day but on sunday I will write everything regarding Almería 13 K.
I do not want to be too much cruel, but we have a wonderful sunny day

I think the word you need is 'dry'. Dry is the opposite of wet
It's good you are inspired to keep up the good work started in Almería. I'm just sorry you didn't get to Molly's - we'll have to save your induction for 2009

Ana, you can also go cycling. Then, you could do a triathlon as well.

Well, having an aquatic mp3 that is always broken at the second song doesn't help at all.

As a matter of fact, I am tired. Yesterday we were at an american party. Republicans Abroad organises a kind of elections in a bar. Curiosisty (I do not mind at all who will win the American elections) made us visiting the party. Ambience was not so american as expected, just some kind of pies and ballons, so that we left the party early. Anyway I am tired and I can feel a little pain in me. 15 minutes swimming this morning. The best medicine.
