I'm aiming to do around 18 miles this Sunday so if anyone is up for that...

Unfortunately I will not be running from the Marina this Sunday but will definately be back next Sunday and looking to do around 18 miles.

Hopefully we can catch up for a chat at the Hove Park 5K on Saturday
