I'm a bit of a lurker here, but thought I should come out of hiding to just say thanks to everyone who posts here for giving me plenty to think about as I trudge along.

just wanted to let you know that i'm still alive, if not running a whole lot. but i have gotten new PRs in both the 5K and 2 mile run since the marathon, so i guess i'm running enough!
